ChatGPT is a state-of-the-art AI language model that changes the way we talk to machines.
It is a software that answers and understands human language and responds in a conversational dialogue with you.
It will make you think that you’re chatting with a real person, but it is simply a neural network algorithm (computer brain) that has been trained on vast amounts of data sets. Over 45 terabytes of natural language data, including books, articles, and websites, which is equivalent to approximately 3 million books.
It would take over 40 lifetimes for the average person to read over 3 million books. This might come in handy from time to time!
ChatGPT gets its name from GPT (generative pre-trained transformer) which implies that it is “pre-trained”. The neural network is trained to predict the next word in a sentence given the preceding words.
This network stimulates the behavior like a human brain would do. It can read, write, tell stories, emulate personalities, recite poems or even tell a joke (you can ask it to improve the jokes if you don’t find them funny).
Responses are so human-like that they’re nearly impossible to differentiate from a flesh-and-blood person – yet you’re having a conversation with a machine that’s sophisticated enough to understand the nuances of any language and respond like a walking library.
ChatGPT is a stepping stone into a whole new search engine paradigm powered by AI. It could replace Google as we know it and permanently change how everything works.
Pay Attention! because this technology has the potential to make thousands of jobs obsolete in a matter of years.
It will be an incredibly disruptive technology going forward.
But the good news is that ChatGPT is what Artificial Intelligence looks like TODAY compared to how we viewed Google in 1998.
We are early!
In the right hands, ChatGPT can be a powerful launchpad for anyone who understands how to master it to catalyze new ideas and accelerate innovation.
Who developed ChatGPT?
ChatGPT was developed by OpenAI, an organization based in San Francisco. A group of entrepreneurs including Elon Musk, Sam Altman, Greg Brockman, Ilya Sutskever, John Schulman, and Wojciech Zaremba, among others founded the organization back in December 2015.
The goal of OpenAI is to develop and promote friendly AI for the betterment of humanity.
OpenAI is also the company behind DALL-E, the deep learning generative art program whose creations have gone viral thousands of times.

Is ChatGPT Better Than Google Assistant, Siri or Alexa?
Have you ever interacted with your computer or mobile phone and carry on a human-like conversation?
I’m not talking about witless virtual butlers’ like Siri or Alexa. I’m talking about a hive mind that simulates the behavior like a human brain would do.
It can read, write, tell stories, emulate personalities, recite poems or even tell a joke (you can ask it to improve the jokes if you don’t find them funny).
It will remember the conversation you have with it. Admit mistakes, challenge premises, or even decline to answer sometimes.
ChatGPT is the Swiss Army Knife of AI tools that can revolutionize the way we communicate with machines.
How does ChatGPT Work?
The way it works is you would ask ChatGPT a question on chat.openai.com, it would then scan its vast corpus of data sets and give you one of the many variations of the answer.
I played around with ChatGPT (a new AI tool) recently. It blew my mind 🤯 in ways I cannot describe. What’s more I believe we are only scratching the surface of its full functionality.
I have not been this excited since discovering Bitcoin in late 2017.
For example, if you asked Siri what 2 + 2 is, Siri would tell you that the answer is 4. Or if you ask what the weather is like outside, it will tell you the temperature.
Or if you ask Alexa to order you a set of knives, it will, and you would receive them in the mail in the next day or two through Amazon.
If you are driving your car and you ask Siri to play your favorite music, it will.
But if you ask any of these voice assistants to write you a song, serenade you with a poem or type up a blog post they can’t do so. They can’t even remember what I said a minute ago!
For example, I asked ChatGPT to serenade me with a poem by imagining I’m travelling in Japan.
Here’s what ChatGPT spun up.
The big difference is ChatGPT is not only gathering data from crawling the web, but it is able to dissect the data and give you a myriad of creative solutions to more nuanced questions.
In essence, we are closer than ever before at achieving true Artificial Intelligence.
ChatGPT is the next evolution of Siri, Alexa, or even Google Assistant.
Over time you should expect it to evolve further and help you in a million possible ways.
ChatGPT may only be a recent invention, but it has already nestled its way into my life like an affectionate robot that I won’t stop pestering.
And it isn’t just me, the rate of adoption is mind-blowing…
ChatGPT reached 1M users in just five days after it was launched, a feat that took Instagram two and half months, and Spotify 5 months.
Here’s how long it took other products to reach 1 million users:
- Netflix – 41 months
- Twitter – 24 months
- Facebook – 10 months
This puts ChatGPT’s growth into perspective (5 days!)
Here’s how long it took ChatGPT to Reach 100M Users:
ChatGPT is here to stay.
If you’re looking to take your life to the next level, don’t overlook this powerful tool as a mere gimmick.
What can I use ChatGPT for?
Have you ever wished for a tool that could eliminate hours of tedious research, sort through billions of data points, and compute and analyze thousands of data points with lightning-fast speed? ChatGPT will give you that leverage. Not only does it possess the ability to perform tasks that are impossible for a human, but it can also form opinions on complex topics that require nuanced thinking.
By using ChatGPT, you’re tapping into a cloud computing engine with an incredible 45 Terabytes of data at its disposal, allowing you to offload your thinking and decision-making processes.
Hate math? ChatGPT’s AI language model is capable of performing various mathematical calculations and solving complex equations.
Don’t know programming? ChatGPT can help you build a website or app from scratch.

ChatGPT can help us in so many way, you will not be able to comprehend the significance of this technology until you experience it for yourself.
Whether you’re a student, a professional, or just someone curious about the world, ChatGPT can help you achieve your goals more efficiently and effectively than ever before.
The possibilities are truly endless, and the benefits of using ChatGPT are undeniable.
Here are a few more incredible use cases people have discovered using ChatGPT for the first time…
Learning. Imagine having a world-class expert in every subject available to chat with at any time.
Um… I just had like a 20 minute conversation with ChatGPT about the history of modern physics. If I had this shit as a tutor during high school and college…. OMG.
I think we can basically re-invent the concept of education at scale. College as we know it will cease to exist.

Debugging code. You can ask it to fix your coding or add any lines you’re unsure of.
ChatGPT could be a good debugging companion; it not only explains the bug but fixes it and explain the fix 🤯 pic.twitter.com/5x9n66pVqj

A personal assistant. It is way more fun than Google!
ChatGPT has already made it to my iPhone Home Screen.
It genuinely feels like having a personal assistant to ask questions to throughout the day.

For myself, ChatGPT will drastically reduced my research time.
Instead of digging through a 10-Q for several minutes, I could just ask the app to find a specific number for me in an instant. It’s like having a super-powered research assistant.
To understand how good the AI is, I tested its ability for my article. I tested its capability across a bunch of competencies like; Strategic thinking, Tactical understanding, Ability to ideate, Ability to write & Technical basics.
Here’s what I found when I tested ChatGPT:
I asked the AI to give me titles for my article.
ChatGPT makes it much easier to find information instantly.
With Google, you often have to sort through information to find the “right” answer, skipping over search results that are engineered & gamed by marketers to show up on the first page. This takes ALOT of Time!
ChatGPT does all of that for us.
I wanted it to specify further:
I was being incredibly demanding, I wanted the best ideas!
I didn’t know how to add a HTML code to WordPress, so I asked a technical question:
I asked ChatGPT to write me an introduction using J.K. Rowling’s writing style for my article. Lol!:
I don’t know how close a writing style it got to, but I find myself imagining reading that intro in her voice.
Next, I asked ChatGPT to SEO optimize:
Finally, I asked ChatGPT to write a draft of the article:
All of this took me 5 minutes. In the real world, all of this would probably take at least 5-10 hours.
But how good are the answers? —> I’d rank it as a 5/10.
The equivalent of a knowledgeable assistant with 1-2 years of experience earning around $50k/year.
Not excellent, but definitely more competent than an intern.
Conclusion: Here’s why ChatGPT is Impressive
ChatGPT did in 5 minutes what would have taken the SEO marketer at least a day.
The most impressive part: This is just the start!
We’re only seeing the first iteration of a technology that is likely going to improve by many orders of magnitude in the coming years.
It might replace you. Or it might end up multiplying your productivity & efficiency.
While It may still be too early to judge, it’s clear that entrepreneurs are already adopting ChatGPT at an accelerated pace. Many are integrating this AI chatbot into their productivity tools and work tasks, creating innovative new products.

AI could make interns/freelancers/assistances a thing of the past.
It feels more human because it analyzes your writing style and learns from it. Replies grow to look and feel like they came from you. It can grab pieces of context throughout your input for specific attention and you can dictate the tone, such as casual, respectful, or annoyed. It can format the response in another language.
Better with age: The thing about AI is that it’s like a cast iron pan — the more it’s used, the better it gets. We anticipate its accuracy and human-ness will get better with more users.
ChatGPT is also coming to more platforms; the makers are quickly working to incorporate it into many more platforms.
Pretty soon, we’ll all have Jarvis on our iPhones.
Can’t Wait!
