Hi Dennis, D2D do support POD.
With D2D Print, you can generate a paperback version from your ebook, or from your own print-ready manuscript. Login to your D2D, select your book, and you can see the “Print Book” option.

Years they’ve been saying “any day now”. Nothing. I “think” they are honest. Why not just come out and say, “We won’t know. We’re struggling.”
