In reply to <a href="https://thinkmaverick.com/pros-and-cons-of-amazon-kdp-select-exclusivity/#comment-16862">Marin Miller</a>.

Hi Marin,

Thank you so much for reading my post and for taking the time to comment! I'm glad you found value here.
Yes, you can sell printed copies of your ebook even if you opt for KDP select. In fact, you can publish a paperback of your eBook (Printed on demand) directly via your Amazon account. Login to your Amazon, go to BookShelf, select your ebook and click create paperback.
What's great, your eBook and your paperback version will automatically link if they are of the same title.

And you own full copyright to your books, you can set your list price, choose the marketplace for your paperback.

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you :)

Your article is so informative! It answered so many of my questions about KDP and seriously eased my anxiety. Thank you! I love my own Kindle Unlimited account and have been wanting my books to be available there, but I still think there’s something special about physical copies. One of the most relieving things in your article is that I could still sell printed copies of my books even if I opted for KDP Select (right?). Do you have suggestions for printing books? Is there a separate process for publishing a printed copy? How do I make sure I own as many rights as I can to my printed books? Thank you again!
