Hi Meera,

Once you click Link Account (on the Setting of your IG business account), you should able to see the option Facebook, click on it, and you’ll see this message pop-up, then click Continue to sign in your FB account to proceed. Refer to this screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/lXgZxJchX7

If you can’t see the message as shown in the screenshot link given, first, you can try log out your IG and login back again, repeat the steps above.
If this doesn’t solve the issue, I suggest you contact IG. To do this, go to your IG account> Setting> Help> Report a problem> Something isn’t working.

Try this and let me know if that works.

Very helpful. I’ve struggling to link my FB page to IG (and therefore Hootsuite direct publishing isn’t working). Please let me know if you have any tips.

I have a business account on IG. When I go to Account > Linked Accounts > Facebook, it doesn’t get to the next page at all. On on FB page, I’m connected to IG however that still doesn’t help or the connection doesn’t show on IG. Due to this I’m unable to direct publish to IG through Hootsuite. Do you have any ideas that I can try to fix this problem?
