    I'll be directing people to this video the next time they as me what SharePoint is. I do, however, have one issue with something the presenter said. He put quite an emphasis on not needing a programmer to develop SharePoint. That's a little misleading because any organization wanting a heathly SharePoint environment will indeed need a team of SharePoint professionals to build out custom features, assist with business intelligence management, and uphold governance.
